A full refund is available for cancellations received via email by 23rd December 2026.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 23rd December 2026.
A full pre-payment of the package price is required to confirm the booking. Any outstanding balance is to be paid on the day prior to departure by cash or card.
A 10% staff gratuity will be added to the outstanding bill for groups of 8 or more.
A smart dress code applies for all guests.
