This is an exclusive event and full payment is required at time of booking.
A full pre-payment of the menu price is required at time of booking to confirm the booking.
Any balance is to be paid on the day before departure by cash or card.
A full refund is available for cancellations received in writing on or before 19th March 2025.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.
