Booking Terms & FAQs


All reservations require a $100pp credit card guarantee (restaurant) or $60pp (lounge bar). Nothing will be debited from your card when making the booking, however, if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking or do not show up a cancellation fee as stated will be charged. Special events such as Christmas Day, NYE and Valentine’s Day have their own event specific terms & conditions. Please review carefully before booking.

Is there a dress code?

We love fashion, glamour and individuality so in keeping with our beautiful setting, we ask that you dress up too – no running or training shoes, thongs or flip flops, shorts, hats, singlets.


We offer a 2 or 3 course à la carte Dinner Menu as well as a 5 Course Tasting Menu and an à la carte Lunch Menu. Plant based menus are also available. Our Group Dining Menu is applicable for 10+ guests. For a casual dining option, we offer a substantial tapas style menu in the Lounge Bar. Click to view our menus

How do I reserve a window table?

Subject to availability, a window table will be guaranteed by booking one of our Lounge Bar Experiences or our Restaurant Experiences.
Alternatively, we can note your request and allocations are finalised on the day by management. Please note that window tables for regular reservations are not guaranteed.

Group Bookings

Groups of up to 30 guests can be accommodated in the lounge bar and restaurant. Click to find out more 
Groups of 8+ guests may be seated across multiple tables and the seating duration is 3 hours.
Please note that we do not split bills, minimum spends apply and a 10% service charge will be applied to the final bill for all groups of 8+. 
The lounge bar is 18+

Dietary Requirements

If you or your guests have any dietary requirements, please mention these when placing your reservation.

Can I bring a cake?

Celebration cakes are welcome in our restaurant and our cakeage charge is $12 per person. Cakes are not permitted in the Lounge Bar.

Children & babies

Children are welcome to dine in the restaurant and can be offered a modified menu (2-12 years only) but must remain seated to ensure the comfort of other diners.  Please let us know in advance the number of children and their age in the ‘booking notes’ section if you are making a reservation online or confirm in writing to

Please note we do not have highchairs available and pram space may be limited depending on restaurant capacity at the time.

Do you offer lounge bar bookings?

While we encourage walk in guests, we do offer a number of online lounge bar bookings each night via the Reservations Page.

All guests for the lounge bar must be 18 years+.

Do you have parking?

The closest car park is the Wilson Australia Square, entrance from Bond Street. Please note we do not have access to discounted car parking.

Is BYO available?

O Bar and Dining is fully licensed, BYO is not available.

Surcharges and payments

Please note a 10% gratuity will be added to the final bill in our Lounge Bar (Monday – Saturday). 
A 10% service charge also applies to group bookings of 8+ in the Restaurant (Monday – Saturday).
A 15% surcharge applies for Sundays and public holidays and all card payments attract a 1% surcharge.

Hosting an event

The Private Dining Room and the Dress Circle are available for corporate or private events, celebrations and weddings. Exclusive hire is also available on selected dates. Contact or call 02 9247 977 (option 2)
