Cancellations – No refunds available for cancellations received after 27th October 2026, any cancellations after this date will be subject to the full charge of $198 per person.
Fees and charges – A 10% staff gratuity will be automatically added to the final bill for groups of 8 or more. All card payments attract a 1% surcharge.
Dress code – Melbourne Cup is a day to dress to impress and the perfect occasion to show off your style. There are prizes on the day for best dressed! We require a minimum of a smart dress code for our Melbourne Cup lunch. No sneakers, jeans, shorts, thongs or active wear will be permitted so please ensure yourself and your party are appropriately attired.
