Payment – Full pre-payment of the menu price is required to confirm the booking. Any balance is to be paid on the day before departure by cash or card.

Cancellations – a full refund is available for cancellations received in writing on or before Friday 31st October 2025. No refunds available for cancellations received after 31st October 2025, any cancellations after this date will be subject to the full charge of $198 per person.
Fees and charges – A 10% staff gratuity will be automatically added to the final bill for groups of 8 or more. All card payments attract a 1% surcharge.
Dress code – Melbourne Cup is a day to dress to impress and the perfect occasion to show off your style. There are prizes on the day for best dressed! We require a minimum of a smart dress code for our Melbourne Cup lunch. No sneakers, jeans, shorts, thongs or active wear will be permitted so please ensure yourself and your party are appropriately attired.
